The merchant backend calls this API to create a prepayment transaction on PayCloud. PayCloud returns the payment parameters, and the merchant's app uses the WeChat or Alipay SDK to invoke the payment page and initiate the payment process.

📄️ Online PC/Mobile Web Payment

The merchant calls this API in online scenarios to generate a pre-payment transaction order in the PayCloud service backend and initiates web payment based on the returned checkout URL or payment parameters.
